Exchange or Return of Goods

Returning Items from LuckyStaar: If you bought something from LuckyStaar and it's being sent to the USA, you can return it within 45 days after it leaves the warehouse. Need help or have questions? Just ask our support team!

Delivery Confirmation: We won't handle refunds or resend requests if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered. Non-Delivery Certification: If your package doesn't reach you, you must obtain a non-delivery certification from the local post office with an official seal.
